To inspire and be inspired.
As an artist and performance maker, I prioritize collaborative work that allows myself and my collaborators to let authenticity shine through any work I create.
Dance has always been my first love and has profoundly shaped how I view the world. Art is used to heal, build community, and express what is better shown unspoken.
As an artist and performance maker, I prioritize collaborative work that allows myself and my collaborators to let authenticity shine through any work I create. Each individual’s journey informs how they move and learn, and I honor these differences by creating a welcoming space for all identities and perspectives as a dance educator and in any artistic space I am a part of.
As a dance educator, my priority is to meet students where they are, build their confidence, and support their journey toward exceeding their personal goals. Growth, rather than perfection, is the ultimate measure of success in my classroom. I make it a priority to provide individualized support, fostering an inclusive environment where students feel free to explore, question, and grow without fear of judgment.
I create art that reflects the misunderstood, the thoughts that cannot be explained, and enhances phenomena in the world as I see them. I hope audiences and collaborators can find their own personal story in any art that I create and/or share.
